1 – How long will the flowers last?

We work with fresh cut roses, they should last around 7-10 days, depending on the environment. Keep your flowerbox in a cool dry area, out of direct sunlight and heat and it will look beautiful for days.

2 – What are the box sizes?

We have 3 different flowerbox sizes, Small, Medium and Large. Small fits around 20 roses, Medium fits around 30 roses and Large around 40 roses. Quantity may vary depending on roses head size.

3 – Can you personalise my box?

Absolutely! We offer free standard personalisation, such as “Happy Birthday” and “Love you” but if you have something else in mind we’re more than happy to create your customer design, just choose a personalisation option at the product page, add your message and we’ll do the rest. We charge $15 for each customised personalisation.

5 – Do you do SAME DAY delivery?

Sure! You’ve just realised it’s your bestie’s Birthday or your Wedding Anniversary? Don’t worry, we got this! All you need to do is place your order by 12:00am and we GUARANTEE it will be delivered on the same day.

6 – I missed the same day delivery cut off, Can I PICK IT UP?

Of course! If you wish to pick it up we’re located in Newport VIC 3015, contact us directly to arrange collection.

7 – Can you deliver on the weekends?

Yes, why not?! Weekend deliveries can be arranged but you need to place your order by Friday afternoon so we have time to pick your fresh roses from the market. Same day delivery is not available on the weekend but if you really want it, give us a call to see if we have spare flowers available.

8- Can I pick a delivery time?

Your welcome to let us know your preferred delivery time by leaving us a note at the checkout page and we will try our best to delivery it on time. Just keep in mind our delivery time starts 8am until 3pm.

9 – I’m outside your delivery area, what can I do?

I’m sorry:( Can it be delivered to another address or can you pick it up from our Newport home studio? If not, please contact us to check if we’ll be around the area on your delivery date, if that’s the case we can arrange delivery with an extra fee.

10 – Do you have a physical shop?

No, we are an online shop and we work from our home studio in Newport. If you plan to pick up your flowerbox you need to place your order beforehand so it will be ready for collection. Please contact us to arrange collection.

11 – How soon can I place my order for a special occasion, such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day?

The sooner the better:) It’s the busiest time in our calendar and we can sell out very quickly. To guarantee your flowerbox we advise that you place your order a few weeks in advance.

12 – How can I pay for my Flowerbox?

You can pay by credit card or using your PayPal account.
